Iron intake
The most common nutritional problem, which is particularly prevalent in teenagers and young children, is anaemia. The most common form of anaemia is caused by iron deficiency. Sometimes people eat enough foods with iron, but their bodies don’t absorb it. They have to have iron injections. Other people simply don’t eat enough iron. That’s why there are lots of different iron tablets available to supplement your diet.
