Vitamins and minerals
Trying to achieve a balanced diet can seem like a daunting prospect. You’ve got to think about food groups and calories, fibre and carbohydrates. Then there are all your essential minerals and vitamins and antioxidants, meats and dairy, sugars and fats. Is it better to have a low fat, high carb diet, or a high fat, low carb one? However daunting, it’s important we get it right; a bad diet is potentially dangerous.
Have you ever wondered how many vitamins and minerals are needed daily for a healthy, balanced diet?
