Cyber Solutions x-change in April 2005
Below are details of x-change events at London's Dana Centre in 2005, including a brief summary of the topics discussed, a list of speakers and their biographies. Events that took place before then can be found in the reports section.

The July x-change, entitled Climate Change, was webcast live.  Panellists Sir David King, Charlie Kronick and Sarah Mukherjee discussed the G8 communique, carbon sequestration and the role each of us can play in mitigating the effects of global warming.

The x-change in April, Cyber Solutions?, featured panellists Dr Blay Whitby, Dr Mark Lythgoe and Daniel Jackson.  The discussion covered the impacts of technology on society, focusing on the Internet in particular.

At the March x-change, Health, wealth & wellbeing, panellists Dr Evan Harris MP, Anjana Ahuja, Dr Rafiq Hasan and Dr Kathy Bamford discussed MRSA, bird flu and HIV/TB tests for immigrants.

The theme for the February x-change was Nanotechnology: is small beautiful?  The audience and panellists Professor Roger Whatmore, Alexis Vlandas, Richard Hollingham and Molly Webb discussed benefits, risks and regulation.

January x-change panellists Ian Sample and Dr Amelia Lake discussed diet, smoking and alcohol.
