The booking fee was £115 per day.
The conference dinner cost £50 (including VAT).

Payments go through a secure online payment system (WorldPay), or can be made by cheque. We are able to send an invoice if payment cannot be made in any other way.

7. What is the cancellation policy for delegates?
If you pay by card or cheque, your place can be cancelled with full refund any time up to 2 May. If you request an invoice, your place can be cancelled within 21 days of the date of booking, up to, but not after, 2 May.
Please note that if you pay by cheque without an invoice, your place is only secured once we have received the cheque.

We do not offer any concessions on delegate fees. Online applications for the bursary scheme, which supports delegates from particular groups, have now closed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to obtain low-rate accommodation for conference delegates. However, we can recommend local hotels.
