Hundreds of children receive their awards in Wales
Pupils receiving their awards in March
During three days in June (15, 16 and 17) hundreds of children in Wales will celebrate their achievements in science and technology when they receive their awards at special award ceremonies.  Mid Glamorgan Education Business Partnership arrange every year six award ceremonies issuing 2000 BA First Investigators and BA Young Investigators awards.

The picture on the right is from the award ceremonies during National Science Week 2004. Pupils from St Mary’s RC and Maes yr Haul Primary who achieved their Gold Awards received their certificates from Richard Landy, Assistant Director of Education Bridgend County Borough Council.
