the-BA : Cornwall

A long-awaited local Branch of the BA was formed in Cornwall on 1st September 2003. The inaugural meeting brought together enthusiasts with a wide range of expertise and interests, representing lifelong learning from cradle to grave. Committee members represent schools, FE colleges, the LEA, museums, tourist attractions, industry and private business.

The branch are currently collaborating with Cafe Scientifique, and holding regular events at the Falmouth Arts Centre.
