Scotland is covered by two regional officers, one for Scotland South & Central and one for Scotland North

Scotland South & Central

Sandy Smith is your regional officer. He is based at Glasgow Science Centre and has spent most of his career in the West of Scotland. He is a chemist by profession but also has considerable IT experience. Before joining the BA he held various management posts within the Ministry of Defence. He is a Science & Engineering Ambassador and has been involved in the pupil mentoring scheme for several years.
