The branch title has been changed from Glasgow & West of Scotland Branch to West Scotland Branch.
The branch held its last AGM at the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery in November 2006. The event included a presentation on the restoration project. The date for the next AGM has yet to be fixed and will be communicated in due course.
Last year's events included a talk on Beer and Bubbles, a visit to a Windfarm and a tour of Glasgow University highlighting the many connections with Lord Kelvin. It is proposed to repeat some of these in 2008.

We are always keen to attract new members to Branch activities and the committee would be pleased to hear from anyone who might be interested in becoming a member or helping out in some other way.
