Biography -  Irene Lorenzoni
Irene Lorenzoni is based at the Centre for Environmental Risk at the University of East Anglia.  Irene’s research focuses mainly on perceptions of global climate change and institutions' approach to the issue in relation to their activities.  Her research interests include perceptions of climate change, cross-cultural studies, and public and stakeholder participation. She is funded through the Understanding Risk Programme by the Leverhulme Trust. Before joining CER, Irene was based at the Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment (CSERGE) also at UEA, where she worked on the development of scenarios to frame research on climate impacts and decision-making at national and regional policy levels.
