Aims of the DISC year 2 residential courses
Participants at all 3 courses were asked about what they wanted to gain from the workshop, and answers included gathering new ideas and fresh thoughts, the opportunity to network and build partnerships, to learn how to address barriers, and advice on how to target BME audiences. Other aims were mentioned such as finding out where to obtain funding, learning how we can change our organisations and making friends.
