University of Liverpool accommodation

During the Festival you can book accommodation at the Carnatic Halls of Residence.

The halls are located to the south of Liverpool City Centre and are set in pleasant private parkland, a fifteen minute drive from the main university campus. A shuttle bus will be available between the halls and the campus.

Accommodation is in single bedrooms and will be available from Saturday 6th to Thursday 11th September inclusive.

Dale Hall
Rates:
- Bed and breakfast in en suite accommodation is £47.50 per person per night
- Bed and breakfast in standard accommodation is £33.99 per person per night.

Please note that standard accommodation at Dale Hall can only be booked if you are making a booking in groups of two people as standard accommodation at Dale Hall offers two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and bath, but not showers.

McNair Hall
Rates:
- Bed and breakfast in standard accommodation with shared bathroom is £33.99 per person per night.
All bedrooms have a washbasin in the room and shared bathroom, shower and toilet facilities. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms in this hall is 6 bedrooms per bathroom.

Rates are inclusive of VAT. A booking fee of £3.00 per booking will apply.

All linen and towels are provided and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Small kitchen areas are situated on each corridor and contain a fridge, microwave and kettle, however no crockery or utensils are supplied.

A free shuttle bus will run in the morning and evening between the Halls of Residence and the University of Liverpool campus. The times the shuttle bus is running in the morning from the halls to the Guild of student, on the University of Liverpool campus are:
8, 8.20, 8.40 and 9.00 am.

Return to the halls: 4pm, 6pm and 7 pm.

Several buses run from the University halls to the city centre. From the halls, walk along Greenbank Road to the end and turn right. You can get a 75, 80A, 80, 86B or 86 into the City Centre (stops outside Lewis's department store and then Paradise Street Bus Station). All these  buses also stop outside the Philharmonic Theatre Hall.
On the way back, get off by a small cafe called Ginger on Smithdown Rd and walk along Greenbank Road.

Car parking will be available for free on a first come, first serve basis.

When you have submitted this form the Call Centre staff will contact you by telephone and will process your booking, taking your payment details.

Once you have made your booking by telephone or email, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking together with a location map and travel information for getting to the halls. 

All accommodation bookings must be received by Friday 22nd August. Accommodation at the halls cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Payment Details

Payment is by credit/debit card. Full payment is due on booking with the Call Centre. Payment for telephone bookings can be taken immediately on booking. If booking using the form, the Call Centre will contact you and provide you with payment details.
