National Science and Engineering Week 2009 (6-15 March): a week of science and engineering events for everyone!

National Science and Engineering Week is one of the world's largest celebrations of science and engineering. 2008 was a huge success with an estimated 3500 events and 1.4 million attendees! See the full evaluation report.

Each year National Science and Engineering Week has a theme. This year it is 'Change'. This fits with Darwin200 and the International Year of Astronomy, both happening in 2009.

National Science and Engineering Week is coordinated by the BA in partnership with the
Engineering and Technology Board. It is funded by the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills.
